CDA's 45th Anniversary!

Today, April 22nd, we celebrate the 45th anniversary of the CDA! 45 years ago, today, the Carver County Community Development Agency (CDA) was formed! Minnesota State Legislature formed the Carver County Housing and Redevelopment Authority (CCHRA) which would later be changed to the Carver County CDA to represent our expanded role and services offered. We are so grateful for the community of Carver County and to those that have supported us along the way!

Over the past 45 years, the CDA has...

- Acquired or built over 750 units of affordable housing with over 100 units currently under construction.

- Expanded the Community Land Trust program to include over 42 homes with 4 additional homes currently under construction.

- Administered a number of grants, loans, and counseling and rental programs for the community of Carver County.

- Had the chance to connect with members of Carver County!

We are so excited for what the future has in store.
