Purchase of Real Property Owned by the Carver County CDA - Watertown Land

Carver County CDA is soliciting proposals from qualified buyers and developers for the purchase of certain real property located in Outlot A, Forest Hills 4th Addition. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to identify a purchaser whose proposed use aligns with the best interests and welfare of the CDA, City, the neighborhood, and the community, including, but not limited to, the best use of the Property. Respondents are invited to submit proposals that demonstrate financial capacity, development experience, and a clear plan for the property that complies with local regulations and advances economic, community, or redevelopment objectives.
