Quality of life through community growth

Created in 2016 to assist cities with their redevelopment goals, the Community Growth Partnership Initiative helps fund affordable housing development, job creation and redevelopment projects that increase the tax base and improve the quality of life in Carver County. Important information:

• All cities and townships in Carver County are eligible to participate in the program.

• The maximum award amount for Community Development projects is $100,000, the maximum award amount for Pre-Development projects is $10,000 and the maximum award amount for Technology Assistance projects is $1,500.
