Quality of life through community growth

Created in 2016 to assist cities with their redevelopment goals, the Community Growth Partnership Initiative helps fund affordable housing development, job creation and redevelopment projects that increase the tax base and improve the quality of life in Carver County. Important information:

• All cities and townships in Carver County are eligible to participate in the program. 
• Applications are solicited annually. The 2025 guidelines can be accessed here.  
• The maximum award amount for Community Development projects is $100,000, and the maximum is $10,000 for Pre-Development projects.
