Senior Home Repair Program Guidelines

The Senior Home Repair Program is designed to assist low-income Carver County homeowners aged 62 years and older or who are living with a disability to repair vital home systems. Income limits are based upon household size: 

The maximum loan amount is $30,000. Loans are 0% interest, deferred and forgiven at a rate of 1/10th per year if the homeowner remains in the home for 10 years from the date of loan closing.
