The Carver County CDA is excited to announce that the interest list for Carver Place Apartments is now open! Carver Place will be a 60-unit Low Income Housing Tax Credit project located at 1591 Hartwell Drive in Carver, Minnesota. Our anticipated opening date for occupancy is September 1st, 2025.
