CARVER COUNTY CDA Announcement
Carver County CDA is thrilled to announce the addition of 103 new affordable rentals and 11 affordable homeownership opportunities in Carver County!
These developments, along with additional homes through our homebuyer-initiated program, will grow our land trust portfolio to 53 affordable homeownership units—a major step forward in our mission to ensure long-term housing affordability and stability for Carver County residents.
In partnership with Minnesota Housing, we're building a stronger, more inclusive community—one home at a time.
