The Carver County Community Development Agency (hereafter referred to as “CDA”) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors that are licensed and insured to conduct business within the State of Minnesota. Contractors shall provide construction services for the work described as the construction of 4 housing units and a garage , located in Chaska, MN. The scope of work is for, but not limited to, renovations which shall include: the project known as the "Chaska Yards" which includes the renovation of the historic Ernst/Reidelle House for a new housing unit, 3 new construction housing units, a 4-stall garage, site improvements, and all utilities for the site and housing units.
