Minnesota Housing - First Generation Homebuyer Loan Program

MN Housing launched its First-Generation Homebuyer Loan Program. The program is a downpayment and closing cost loan for first-generation homebuyers. The program offers loans up to $35,000. The first-generation homebuyer loan is a deferred, interest-free and forgivable loan. The program has funding to serve approximately 1,500 eligible borrowers.
