Carver County CDA and Carver County Public Health engaged Maxfield Research and Consulting, LLC to prepare a Comprehensive Housing Needs Analysis for the County. This analysis provides recommendations on the amount and types of housing that may be developed to meet the needs of current and future households residing in the county.
