2020 CDA Community Development Strategy

The purpose of this strategy is to set a roadmap of goals, strategic directions and action steps to guide the CDA on community and economic development activities to benefit the cities, businesses and residents of Carver County.  The strategy will be updated on an annual basis so that it can continue to be responsive to the needs of the community.
