On February 1, the first residents of Carver Ridge Senior Living began moving in. Located in the city of Carver, Carver Ridge is a 70 unit building with independent plus, assisted living and memory care units. The CDA is proud to have assisted in the project by providing funds for the initial planning work, as well as for the redevelopment of the site. Congratulations to the City of Carver on this redevelopment!
