The CDA is pleased to share our Bridges and Bridges RTC funding awards for 2019-2021. Bridges: We received a total of $256,825 for our Bridges program, an increase of 32% from our previous grant. Bridges provides a temporary housing subsidy for Participants in which at least one adult member has a mental illness and whose household gross income is under 50% of the area median. Bridges RTC: We received a total of $46,988 for Bridges RTC, which will allow us to continue serving three households. The Bridges RTC program provides a subsidy for people who meet Bridges eligibility criteria and who are being discharged from the Anoka Metro Regional Treatment Center (AMRTC), St. Peter Regional Treatment Center, or Forensic Services. Carver County Adult Mental Health makes the referrals and provides case management for the clients.
