The new County-wide Landlord Collaborative Group will focus on training opportunities of different topics and fostering relationships between landlords and agencies. Our goal is to create a forum where landlords can exchange information and advise us on how the CDA can better serve and interface with new and current landlords and provide meaningful training opportunities.
Wednesday, April 21 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm
This session will include an overview of the law, as well as examples of areas of exposure, the importance of good and consistent documentation, and the risks of claims that can arise when persons receive, or perceive, differences in terms and treatment.
