Job Posting:             General Duties:

The Carver County Community Development Agency seeks a flexible, hardworking individual to provide receptionist duties and administrative support to the CDA staff. This position is critical to our success in our mission of providing affordable housing and economic development to the cities in Carver County. Additional duties include greeting clients and customers and phone coverage. In addition, the maintenance of several data bases, composing and formatting letters, newsletters preparation, filing, assist in the preparation of adult education seminars, management of office equipment and office supplies.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma (or GED) and two to three years of administrative experience with excellent Microsoft Office, Adobe, and additional software application experience. 

Desirable Qualifications:

Strong keyboarding skills, project coordination skills, good time management skills, detail oriented, strong customer service skills and the ability to respond to the public in a professional courteous manner and maintain client confidentiality and data privacy laws.
