The Carver County Community Development Agency (CDA) administers various programs to help current and potential homeowners which include:

• Pre-purchase Counseling
• First Time Home Buying Classes
• Budget/Credit Counseling
• Foreclosure Counseling
• Carver County Community Land Trust Homes
• Home Improvement and Rehabilitation Loans/Grants

The CDA Housing Counseling program is one of the many services the CDA offers.  A specialist at the CDA is able to provide information on:

• Pre-Purchase / Home Ownership: Informational workshops & individual counseling on the home purchase process.
• Budget and Credit Counseling for individual financial needs.
• Foreclosure prevention: Assistance on work-out options with lenders.
• Home improvement loans: Deferred and low-interest rate loans.
