Small Cities Development Program (SCDP)

Small Cities Development Program (SCDP) funds come from the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development. Financing is provided on a limited basis to assist owners of low-and-moderate income rental and commercial properties with eligible repairs.

Specific Minnesota cities receive funding through a competitive application and award process, and must be applied for on a community-wide or targeted basis by cities within Carver County.
